NETSTAR switch has intelligent Power management feature solving a major problem of powering the device for ISPs. This switch can be used for various applications such as with ONU, with media converter or with wireless CPE. The ISP does not need to change the switch when the network topology changes. ISPs need not worry about arranging power for RPoE Switch and Third Party ONU / ONT / Media Converter / Wireless CPE. This switch can be powered using any standard PoE Injector (18~48VDC). RPoE Switch can draw the necessary power even from a single client. This eliminates the need of UPS / Power Backup at building top. No need to pay to the Building Owner / Any Client for 24 power backup. Overall the RPoE switch saves a lot of money and time for ISP.
