WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER WITH 2 TANK SENSORS FOR 3 PHASE D-O-L STARTER (MK 1 Type) ----- FULL AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This meticulously designed system energizes the pump motor as soon as water level in overhead tank goes below the programed/pre-fixed/preset point, and switches off the motor immediately when over head tank fully fills up. It also switches off the pump motor when water finishes in the lower tank. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor------ OPTION FOR INSTANT PUMP MOTOR START: The system also has the option for starting the pump motor manually with one soft touch/press button, before the water level in the overhead tank reaches the prefixed/programmed level for automatic switching on. However, it will switch off the said motor automatically as soon as the overhead water tank fully fills up. This way the system helps in storing maximum quantity of water (in both tanks) when there is limited period (timing) of fresh water supply available. For example: Fresh water supply is available for one hour & during this time, the water level in overhead tank is not at prefixed level for switching on the pump motor, and by the time, the water level in the overhead tank reaches the switch on prefixed level, the time of availability of fresh water runs out, resultantly, the storage (lower tank) gets emptied for pumping the said water to the overhead tank. But the option for manually switching on the pump motor at the time of availability of fresh water will help in filling maximum quantity of water in both the tanks simultaneously (lower as well as overhead). ------MAINTENANCE FREE SENSORS: The system, in strong shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensors which sense water levels in the tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions or corrosion/oxidations to these sensors.------ EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor in each tank which can be connected, color-wise as per sticker pasted above the connectors. System can be connected to control â??Direct On-Line Starterâ?? as per the connection diagram mentioned on page 5 of the operatorâ??s manual. ------- LED INDICATIONS:The system has LED indications for pump function, standby/power and availability of water in lower tank. Caution: Please do not open back cover of device while the same is plugged in power supply. It is a 220 Volts AC device, must be installed by a trained electrician. Connect wires as shown in the installation guide before giving power supply to the device. Adjust/install sensors as per the requirement of water levels in tanks but keep lower level of sensors minimum 25% above from the bottom of tanks. Warranty Conditions: Use this product only as per the operator's manual. Changes to the product or modifications will result in loss of warranty. The device should be checked for any damage at the time of receiving it. Information should immediately be given to the supplier in case of any damage and accordingly the damaged device should not be installed. In case of any apprehension against safe use of the device, power supply to the said device should immediately be switched off. Tampering with the back cover warranty seal or using (Starter) current load more than that prescribed in technical specifications of the product shall also amount to cancellation of warranty. No site service warranty. Repair/replacement of product shall be undertaken at the Dealer/Factory premises. Dispute, if any, shall be subject to Mohali jurisdiction only. IMPORTANT CONDITION: Controller functions with the variation in levels of water in tanks, therefore, the said functions of controller are subject to proper pumping of water by the pump motor.
