FULLY AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS: This system powers the pump motor when water levels in any one of or all the 4 overhead tanks go below the preset point and will switch off motor immediately when all 4 overhead tanks are fully filled up. It will also switch off pump motor when water finishes in the reservoir tank. This way the system, not only saves water, manpower & electric energy but also enhances the life of pump motor. MAINTENANCE FREE SENSOR-SWITCHES: The system, in a strong & shock-proof ABS cabinet, has maintenance free sensor-switches, concealed in hard plastic boxes, which sense water levels in tanks without passing any electric current into the water, thus, doing away with the hassles of maintenance due to absence of chemical reactions that may cause corrosion/oxidations to these sensor-switches. Range/distance between sensor-switches & controller should not be more than 150 feet. EASY TO INSTALL: The system is very easy to install as it has only one sensor-switch in each tank. System can be connected (color-wise) with all 4 overhead tank sensors in parallel position and reservoir tank as per the colors shown in the connection diagram mentioned on page 5 of operator’s manual. It is important to install BALL FLOAT VALVES in all overhead tanks to control water supply from pump & ensure to set switch-off level of sensor-switches below the stopping level of water by the ball float valves.
